Hi, I'm Raviteja.

Saint Louis, Missouri

Building automation platforms andAI-powered products that ship.

The pattern across everything I build: find the workflow that's still done by hand, and make the system trustworthy enough that people actually rely on it instead of double-checking it themselves. 8+ years doing that across enterprise platforms, automation, and now agentic AI.

What I Build

Three kinds of problems I keep coming back to

Different surfaces, same instinct: find the slow or manual part, and build something that removes it for good.

Automation Platforms

Shared tooling that becomes the default way teams test and ship — not another script nobody maintains after I move on.

AI-Powered Tools

AI applied to real engineering questions — grounded in real data, honest about its limits, and faster than digging through logs.

Mobile & Web Products

Consumer products shipped end to end, from idea to a production release on iOS and Android.

Why I build

I like building tools that remove friction. I got into automation because I hated watching good engineers burn hours on work a script could do better — so I started with the scripts, then the platforms, then the products.

Selected Work

Products I've taken from idea to production

Some built as part of leading automation strategy at Charter Communications, others shipped solo on nights and weekends — different contexts, the same habit of finishing the whole thing instead of stopping at the interesting part.

Engineering Philosophy

Principles that shape every project

The same handful of instincts show up whether I'm building an internal platform or a consumer app.

01

Automate the painful part first

If a team is doing something manually and hating it, that's the highest-leverage place to build. Automation should remove drudgery, not just add tooling.

02

Ship the whole thing

A platform without adoption or a prototype without a production path isn't done. I care about the full path from idea to something people actually use.

03

AI should answer a question, not add a dashboard

The bar for AI tooling isn't "it's AI" — it's whether it gets someone to a decision faster than digging through logs and reports themselves.

Experience & Timeline

Where I am now, and how I got here

The current role, and a few of the milestones along the way.

Current role

Senior AI Engineer / Lead Automation Engineer

Charter Communications · United States / Remote

Started this role by building the API Automation Platform from the ground up — now the team's standard for automated API testing — and grew into owning the broader automation strategy for engineering and QA. That platform work became the foundation for AI product work: designing and deploying agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock, including MQE Intelligence Platform, an internally developed AI-powered knowledge platform that turns the platform's data into direct answers instead of raw logs.
